Granulator Introduction:

G serious granulator with multiple options of cutter structure as weel as high quality rotor, it can get better improvement to the materials of differenct shapes, thckness and texture. It increases the efficiency and output capacity. Meanwhile, our granulator can be fuction as granulating solution in multiple recycling systems.
Granulator is one crusher which high speed, multi blade head, wear rotor, variety of cutter body structure. Granulator in good appearance, is welded by rigid steel structure, machine case half -and -half opening, which makes convenience to clean, remove knives and maintenance, blade roller is to be chosen by different crushing material. Optional air conveying collecting units and sound-proofed execution are at user’s request. 

Granulator Advantage:
Rotor: high rotate speed, multi-cutter。 Can be choosen the suitable rotor by differenct materials.
External bearing: external spherical rotor bearing with protective bearing covers prevents foreight objetcs entering the bearing housing.
Screen: a wide range of screens available to adjust the particle size of discharge materials.
Screen locked crews: can be locked the screen by using some crews, operate it very simple, convient, strong and reliable.
Hydraulic chamber opening machanism: it will be more safety to open the hopper and cutting chamber by hydraulic station.
Optional screw discharge chute: material can be discharged from the collection chute by screw feed rather than air extraction。
Input hopper: stronger design, more strong and durable
Sound proof enclosures: can effectively isolating the noise while the machine is operating.

Granulator Application:

Suitable for crushing materials as: plastic materials, rubber, PET bottle, paper, cardboard, electronic board, thin film, sprue, pipe, sheet, nylon, and plastic bottles, etc.
