Precautions for safe operation:

1. Preparation before startup:

Before starting the shredder, make sure that the reducer has been filled with reducer oil and whether the bearing has been filled with lubricating oil

Before starting the machine, first check whether the cutter box of the shredder is free of foreign matters, check whether each component of the machine is damaged, and then start the machine after ensuring that there is no abnormality.

2 feeding:

During feeding, try to keep uniform to avoid damage to electrical components and motors caused by frequent startup of overload protection, and small shredder will break the materials

It is better not to contain large metal sundries in the material, so as not to damage the cutter during the operation of the shredder. Larger shredders can generally crush metal objects with a thickness of 5-8mm.

3 process control:

In case of excessive vibration or abnormal noise during crushing, stop the machine for inspection to see if there are hard objects falling into the cutter box, causing damage and deformation of the cutter and spacer. After removal, gradually check the operation of the reducer and motor. During the operation of the shredder, it is not allowed to manually clean the inside of the cutter box, the electric control box and the machine body.
